Service Description

This 30-minute online physiotherapy assessment is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a clear plan forward. We’ll review your injury, discuss your goals, and assess your movement via video. You’ll get a clear explanation of what’s likely going on and what you should be doing next. This service is ideal if you want: • Expert guidance without attending a clinic • A clear plan you can implement independently • Reassurance and direction for a new or ongoing injury After the session, you’ll receive a short written summary and tailored recommendations. Further support is optional and can be discussed if needed.
